 Guest units vary in size and facilities, but all feature cool, relaxing decor brightened with colorful fabrics. All but Standard rooms include balconies or ground-floor patios. Patios and balconies also vary in size, from small to enormous, with some balconies exceeding the units themselves in square footage. Many units have fully equipped kitchens. All units include both air conditioning and ceiling fans. All units have showers but only some have tub/shower combinations. Not all rooms have telephones. Rooms are only available in the European Plan, which includes room accommodations only. Standard Room - These units offer two double beds and accommodate a maximum of four guests. They do not include balconies/patios or kitchens. Studio Room - These units offer two single sofa beds in a living/dining room and accommodate a maximum of three guests. They include a full kitchen and a patio or balcony. Master Room - These units offer one king bed and accommodate a maximum of three guests. They include a compact refrigerator (but not a full kitchen) and a patio or balcony. One-Bedroom Unit - These units are a combination of a Studio unit and a Master unit. They include a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a patio or balcony. They offer one king bed and two single sofa beds in the living room and accommodate a maximum of six guests. Two-Bedroom Unit - These units are a combination of a Standard unit, a Studio unit, and a Master unit. They include a full kitchen, three bathrooms, and a patio or balcony. They offer one king bed in one bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and two single sofa beds in the living room. They accommodate a maximum of eight guests.

What to expect: Formerly a coconut plantation, this tranquil place is blessed by tall coconut trees and flowering gardens. Los Tules is designed for relaxation. Amenity highlights: Arrayed along a half-mile beachfront furnished with thatch-roof palapas, Los Tules provides guests plenty of sunning and beach-walking room as well as seven swimming pools of various sizes, each with sundeck and lounge chairs. Four of the pools are spread along the beachfront, each with either a children's section or sided by a children's pool. The remaining three pools are located among the condominium buildings. One of those pools is designated as an adults "quiet pool" and has a large, rock-grotto spa alongside. Insider tip: A large supermarket in the shopping center across the street offers a wide range of takeout meals as well as vast array of baked goods.
